Join Our Team as an Internal Auditor

We are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join our client’s team in Thika. The role is responsible for enhancing financial accuracy, minimizing business risks, and improving operational efficiency across the organization while supporting compliance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and review the annual audit plan

• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across departments

• Oversee and support the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework

• Review company policies and recommend process and ERP system improvements

• Investigate suspected fraud and provide detailed reports

• Identify risks, gaps, and areas for operational improvement

• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance (mandatory)

• Minimum 8+ years’ experience, including 3+ years in an Internal Audit Manager role

• Strong knowledge of internal audit procedures and risk management

• Good understanding of IFRS, IAS, and Kenyan regulatory requirements

• Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, or B2B environments is highly desirable

• Proficiency in ERP systems and strong reporting (MIS) skills
